Alfred A Hart 102 Hieroglyphic Rocks, on the Yuba River. Between Cisco and the Eagle Lakes exit, the South Yuba River winds under and around Interstate 80. This spot happens to be between the east and westbound lanes. At some point between 1865 and now there was a lot of wear and tear from tires on these rocks.
