Alfred A Hart 100 - Yuba Cascades. West of Cisco the Yuba River underwent major changes during the construction of I-80. The once-deep pool below these falls was nearly filled with rocks and its level was raised several feet. Piles of rock continue downstream for 100 yards. Hart probably brought his camera and equipment here from the Dutch Flat Donner Lake Road, which parallels the river.
